All tenant vendors and contractors are required to supply the Property Management Office with certificates of insurance witnessing appropriate insurance coverage for the scope of their work and naming the Landlord and Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. as an Additional Insured on all policies with respect to their work at 1900 K Street. It is the responsibility of the tenant to assure that valid certificates of insurance are delivered to the Property Management Office on a timely basis.
